How It All Started
Ever since I was a little girl, I knew I wanted to work in beauty. While other kids played with dolls, I was cutting their hair, painting their nails, and setting up my own “Jessica Beauty Salon” in my playhouse. That early passion for creativity and self-expression stayed with me, guiding every step of my journey in the beauty industry.
I began as an assistant to twelve different hairdressers, learning the art of updos and vintage hairstyles, then transitioned into nails, exploring unique designs for each client. Makeup naturally became my next focus, and I dove into TV, film, fashion runways, and commercials—starting with unpaid gigs, networking, and teaching myself every trick I could to excel in a very competitive industry. Along the way, I realized that true beauty begins with healthy skin, which inspired me to focus on brows, facials, and creating my own artisan skincare products that help clients nourish their skin without harsh chemicals.
Miami Brow Doctor was born from this journey and my desire to offer services that truly transform the way clients see themselves. Brows, makeup, and skincare all work together to enhance natural beauty, and I wanted to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I like to call it “beautilogical therapy”—a place where women can unwind, speak freely, and leave feeling confident, radiant, and empowered.
