To ensure the highest level of care, comfort, and safety for all of our clients, we ask that you carefully review and understand the following policies prior to booking.

🚫 No Guests, Children, or Pets

At Miami Brow Doctor, our services require precision, focus, and a calm environment.

• Guests: Only clients with scheduled appointments are allowed in the treatment room. Please arrive alone. If someone accompanies you, we kindly ask that they wait at a nearby café, restaurant, or shopping area.

• Children: For the safety of your child and to avoid cross-contamination or disruption, children are not permitted in the studio.

• Pets: While we love our furry companions, no animals are allowed inside for health and sanitation reasons.

 

💳 Deposit Policy

A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to secure appointments for:

• Microblading

• Ombre (Shading) Powder Brows

• Hybrid/Combo Brows

 

This deposit is applied toward your service total. However, please note:

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• If you no-show, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or reschedule/cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

• Deposits may be transferred once if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance.

 

🔄 Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling within 72 hours (3 days) of your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. A new deposit is required to rebook.

• If rescheduling outside the 72-hour window, your deposit may be transferred one time only. Any further rescheduling will require a new deposit.

 

Please understand that last-minute changes disrupt our schedule and impact other clients. We value each of our clients time and respectfully ask you do the same.

 

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Appointments cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled time will lose the deposit.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full remaining balance of the service booked.

• To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email or text with proper notice (3 Days in advance).

 

⏰ Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule, and the deposit will be forfeited. This policy is in place to avoid delays for following clients and ensure you receive the full attention your service requires.

 

⚠️ No Refunds / No Guarantees

Miami Brow Doctor does not offer refunds under any circumstance. Due to the nature of cosmetic tattooing and the uniqueness of every client’s skin, results will vary. Touch-up sessions are strongly encouraged to perfect and maintain your results.

 

🔍 If You Have Previous Brow Tattooing

If you have had previous permanent makeup, you must be approved prior to booking. Please email clear, makeup-free photos of your brows to:

All previous work is considered a correction service and will be priced accordingly. We reserve the right to deny service if you're not a suitable candidate. If you arrive without prior approval, your deposit will not be refunded.

 

✒️ Touch-Up Policy

Touch-ups are not included in your initial appointment price and are considered a separate service.

Time Frame Price:

6–9 weeks $249

After 10 weeks $297

After 6 months $320

After 1 year $459

 

⚠️ If you do not complete your second session within 6 months, you will be charged full price for a new service. No exceptions.

 

💫 Yearly Touch-Up (Colour Boost)

Yearly touch-ups are available for clients who have completed both their initial and 6–10 week touch-up sessions.

These sessions refresh colour or adjust shape and vary in price depending on pigment retention and current rates.
 

If your second session was missed, the yearly touch-up pricing does not apply.

 

Note: Some clients enjoy the natural fading of brows and choose to wait 2–3 years between touch-ups.

 

🗓 Touch-Up Cancellations

If you cancel a scheduled touch-up within 3 days of your appointment, a $100 rebooking fee will be required to reschedule.
