Cancellation Policy

A notice of 72 hours is required to reschedule an appointment or the deposit will be non-refundable. RESCHEDULING requires an additional non-refundable $50 FEE for services priced over $100 and a $25 non-refundable fee for services priced under $50, which is applicable towards your re-scheduled appointment yet non-refundable or transferable if cancelled. LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS If you arrive late or don't show up to your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 72 hours' notice, your payment will not be applicable for transfer or refund. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit.
